The Fox and the Turtle One day a very hungry fox caught a turtle. He tried and tried but could not get through the turtle's hard and thick shell. The clever turtle said to the fox, "Why don't you try putting me into the water for a while and maybe I'll soften up." The fox thought this was a great idea and did what the turtle had said. When the fox did so, the clever turtle wiggled his way out from the fox's paws and swam far away and yelled, "Now you'll stay hungry!" The fox then realised that there are more cunning people and animals than himself. THE END!
